Hi, I’m Renee, the founder of PrecisionWell Coaching. I’m passionate about partnering with individuals to transform their health, mindset, and daily habits—because when you cultivate true wellbeing, every aspect of your life flourishes.
With a strong foundation in science and coaching, I bring a unique combination of expertise and lived experience to support meaningful, lasting change.
My academic background includes a BSc (Genetics & Psychology), PhD (Genetics), Graduate Certificate (Lifestyle Medicine), Graduate Diploma (Philosophy), and Diploma (Coaching). These qualifications, combined with my accreditation in health coaching, give me a deep understanding of evidence-based health strategies, behaviour change, and the science of wellbeing. But my work goes beyond theory—I’ve spent years applying these insights in diverse roles that shape my coaching approach.
Bridging Health, Career, and Life
Throughout my career, I’ve been a research scientist, communications specialist, creative producer of festivals and educational events, and a facilitator of health and wellbeing programs in aged care. I’ve worked with businesses of all sizes, from startups to established organisations, helping them grow and adapt. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the power of clear strategy, connection, and action.
I also know firsthand what it’s like to navigate transitions, face health challenges, and feel stuck at crossroads. I’ve learned that true wellbeing isn’t just about physical health—it’s about creating an ecosystem where your energy, mindset, and daily choices support the life you want.
